On Tuesday, I attempted to upgrade my computer's memory so that it would move faster than congresspeople to a grandstand. Unfortunately, in the process I lost all of my contact information, all of my emails, all of my browser's bookmarks (and the browser program itself). Basically, it was an e-disaster. Fortunately, my class notes, music and pictures were saved. (Oh, man, I can't even think about what would have happened if those had gone, too.)
But, I'm back up and running, it appears. No permanent harm done, which is more than I can say for the Bush Administration.
To celebrate the integrity of my most important files, I thought I'd do a little Friday Pet Blogging.

In honor of the fact that this is the first Friday of Spring Break AND the University of Kentucky Wildcats play their first game in the SEC Tournament tonight, I persuaded my cat, Blue, to make a guest appearance on the blog for the occasion.
